Refund and Returns Policy

In MOST cases, we DO NOT OFFER any returns or exchanges. Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If ten days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, you must first contact us and provide your reason for a refund or exchange. Because our products come from nature, we can not exchange for any like-kind item, hence our reason for a no-exchange policy.

Please do not send any of your purchases back to us without first contacting us. If for some unusual reason, we determine that a refund or exchange is in order, we’ll communicate instructions on how to proceed and what to expect next.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
