Yes, but only on certain product items or categories and typically you must spend a certain amount in order to qualify.  We will also occasionally run a promotional that might offer free shipping.

Not at this time. If we were to offer this service we’d only sell what we have in stock. No custom orders will be offered.

Yes, however, the shipping will need to be calculated separately along with the larger wood item. Send us an email with your request and we’ll see if we can make something work.

Not at this time. Once we’re better established we will consider it.

We make every effort to get orders out within 48 hours of receiving them.  We live in the mountains, approximately 12 miles from a small town with a drop-off point for shipments. 

This will depend on your location, available carriers, and what you want to spend for delivery. Typically for a standard non-expedited order, it’ll take three to five days. (lower 48 states) Hawaii and Alaska could take an additional two to five days.

Our products are respectfully harvested from our own forest in the mountains.

We do not preserve any of our products.  We sell all natural products so we do not use any chemicals of any kind on our own products.

It depends on what the order contains. If we have items in stock or can resource them, then yes we could consider a custom order.

Yes, eventually. The plan is to offer pictures and short videos on how to utilize some of our products in fun artsy and crafty projects. If you have any fun ideas you’d like to share, please email us to let us know.

 It depends on what you’re looking for in bulk. Many of our items are seasonal or have limited availability. Some things we have plenty of while others are in short supply. Send us an email with your request.  Don’t forget to mention the quantity of the item(s) you’re seeking.
